Why are there no prices on this page?
Because per-user pricing that ignores which products you run and how many people you have is a number you would have to renegotiate anyway. Tell us where you are and we quote for your organization.
Am I charged per product or per user?
Per user. There are no per-product silos and no surprise line items for turning on a second product, which is the whole reason for building a platform rather than a bundle.
What counts as a user?
A person with a seat in the admin console or an agent working the queue. People who only raise requests through the self-service portal or have a managed device are not billed as users.
Can I start on one product and add another later?
Yes, and that is the intended path. Adding a product is a toggle: the directory, permissions, and audit trail already exist. Your plan moves up when the second product goes on.
Is OhKube People available?
Not yet. People is in development, so it is not part of what you would be buying today. Business and Enterprise plans include it when it ships.
